A long out-of-print H. Beam Piper novel

I thought I'd read most of the late H. Beam Piper's works, but this was news to me:

Piper was one of the best hard SF writers of the 1950's and early 1960's. His writings ranged from the Terro-Human future history series (including the Fuzzy books), to the brilliant novel Lord Kalvan of Otherwhen, part of his Paratime series of works.
